Maklon Briket Send a brief

Maklon Briket / The private-label process, step by step

The private-label process, step by step

Private label works best when every step ends in one clear decision. This is the usual order at many makers; timing is written into the quotation of the maker you choose.

Step by step

  • Write the briefState the briquette shape, pack weight, artwork or brand name, destination country and expected monthly volume. A short brief is enough to begin.
  • Samples and reviewThe maker produces samples to the brief. Judge them the way your customers will use them: burn time, ash, smoke, shape and strength in transit. Note what you want changed.
  • QuotationOnce the samples fit, the maker writes MOQ, price, production time, packing and payment terms. You may ask for changes before approving.
  • Production and shipmentProduction starts on written approval. Shipping documents follow what was agreed.

What to prepare

  • Sample artwork or the brand name (can follow later).
  • Expected first volume and target market.
  • Any required limits, for example on ash or burn time.
  • Who approves samples and the quotation on your side.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the maker, shape, packing and quantity. No numbers are published here; the lead time is stated in the quotation.
